    Great 1st Timer's Guide

This guide was absolutely written for the novice and expert alike. This is my first home purchase and this book has helped me ask the perfect questions at each of the right times. I'd choose this book over other many other 'buying tips' books in a minute. Read it, use it, and benefit from it's great advice given!!

Great book for a good start!

I highly recommend reading this book before you decide to sell your home. It states the steps clearly with a hint of humor. I am looking forward to reading another title by Irwin to accquire the details in FSBO.
