The theme of this book is that vegetarians can drive people away from vegetarianism with their attitudes and behaviors. One of these ideas is that vegetarians should not believe their eating habits are better ethically as animals are not the only things with a consciousness that people use for food. The author defers to a mystic who is a personal friend who claims that even salt has consciousness. I'm did not make that last point up. The author had an interesting idea for a book, but she did not pull it off.Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
