Meet the Author

As director of drama education for the Honolulu Theatre for Youth, Daniel A. Kelin, II has designed and implemented many projects like the one outlined in To Feel as Our Ancestors Did. He also trains teachers to use drama in their classrooms and uses folklore and drama to facilitate language improvement in second language learners. The American Alliance for Theatre and Education has recognized his work by awarding him its Youth Theatre Director of the Year and Lin Wright Special Recognition awards.
