Sara Hudson doesn't remember her own name – or anything else about her life. When Derek Clayton rescues her from a deserted highway, Sara finds she can’t say no to the sexy stranger. Lost from all she knows, Sara becomes the submissive to Derek’s dominance. Although she doesn’t understand why she yields to his demands, she can’t deny the blazing passion for the man who seems to know exactly how to satisfy her needs.

The only thing Derek Clayton has more of than secrets is money. He offers Sara help with one goal in mind – to keep her in the dark until he can work out the events that left her stranded without a memory. Can they give up the constraints of the past to find their happy ending or will his secrets and past love threaten their future?

This 17,000 word novella is intended for mature audiences. It contains a submissive amnesiac seduced by a sexy stranger whose smooth talking skills and sweet kisses leave them burning up the sheets with smoking hot sex.

When Mark left for the military, Gretchen was devastated. And pregnant. Now he's back, and the secret is out. With a killer on the loose, will they come together to keep her safe?

He's back but has he returned to claim her for good?

A dominating security specialist blackmails a skeptical accounting intern to catch a thief. When sensual games of submission become part of the exchange, will she lose her heart along with her job?

*Losing control never felt so good.*

Miranda Golden comes to Louisiana for a fresh start as a no-nonsense intern for an upscale accounting firm. Jack DeLaney, security extraordinaire to the rich and famous, has another plan. He needs Miranda to spy for his investigation, and he doesn’t mind using blackmail to make her comply.
Miranda doesn’t have much choice if she wants to keep her job, but Jack’s domineering ways mean she’s out of her depth when he uses his ruthless charisma to charm her panties off and introduce her to unexpected desires. She doesn’t mind being undercover with Jack, but going undercover at work is another story.
Jack plans to catch a thief and possess Miranda while keeping cool control, business as usual, but soon Miranda proves irresistible. The closer he gets to the skeptical beauty, the more tempted he is to make their connection personal. Jack must find a way to solve his case, while keeping his woman and his sanity. Miranda must prove that she can face her own demons to keep the man who’s come to mean everything.
Jack and Miranda satisfy because their story combines the allure of a fresh start with the sweet edge of new love. They encounter the excitement of dark desires and danger while battling their own hang ups. Losing control never felt so good.

"The love scenes were HOT... I would definitely read more from this author." - Ms. Romantic Reads

"I highly recommend To Know Her for fans who like romance with a not-so-typical plot, a sexy & dominant hero and love scenes that not only make your heart race, but your toes curl. But, seriously those love scenes were fog-up-your-ereader-and-set-off-your-fire-alarm-hot!" - Nina, Goodreads Reviewer

"The writing was fabulous and the twists were intense and surprising... I was tremendously pleased with the ending and would eagerly pay for an encore." - Sheri, Goodreads Reviewer

Meet the Author

Renee Burke loves romance! The sexy heroes, feisty heroines, and happily ever afters are the best! Besides spending time writing, she is an avid reader and is always on the lookout for new books, pets, and beach getaways. Renee lives in Missouri with her husband and family. Want to know more? Here's an interview with the details! What's something that readers don't know about you?I use a pen name that most people around me don't know. It's great because I don't have to listen to the comments or suggestions of many people. What was your favorite chapter to write and why?The first chapter and the last chapter of any book! The first chapter always brings the excitement of embarking on a new journey. The last one is always intense and fulfilling because the story is near completion. What is a goal you have that doesn't include writing?Get in shape... Unfortunately, it may involve exercise. What do you like to do when you're not writing? It depends on the season. I love to go, go, go - to kids' ballgames, hiking, and the beach and lake trips - when it's warm and summery. Winter means lots of time watching home and cooking shows (which do me absolutely no good). If you couldn't be an author, what would your ideal career be?I think editing would be my second choice. I LOVE when authors turn a phrase or write beautifully. I can't seem to stop myself from mentally editing as I read for pleasure. My background is in English, and I may eventually toss my hat into the ring as an editor. Besides writing, editing would be an ideal job for me.Do you ever have writer's block?I try not to let myself get away with it. I am a note taker which means I can go back to my notes and pull details from there to keep going. That sometimes means scenes need lots of revision and an infusion of personality, but it keeps my story progressing. If I can get that first draft down, no matter how bad it is, I can always revise to spice it up.What's your favorite social media?Facebook. I use twitter too, but Facebook is easier for me to follow. I like the bigger posts, immediate pictures, and interacting with the groups. What's the hardest scene you have ever written? The first sex scene in a currently unpublished story was one I dreaded but felt the story needed. For that reason, I found it difficult to start. Funny enough, I found that it was actually fun to write after I nailed down the "vocabulary." :) Sexy scenes are an important part of modern day romance and add to the intimacy and love between my characters.
