Overview

"Clarion of Destiny" is the eight volume fantasy tale of Leena, a young hedge witch in training selected by destiny to combat the greatest challenge her world has known. In an epic journey that leads through foreign lands and mysterious realms where demons, monsters and magic rule, this inexperienced young girl is forced to overcome a protected childhood to face challenges that would crush far more experienced adventurers. With each step, each passing day, she draws closer to a malevolent force so formidable it has defeated the mightiest armies and the strongest magic in her world. How can one lone girl hope to overcome an evil that has never known defeat?

In Volume 2, To Save Elderon, the towns of Allivan have been riddled with wanted posters for Leena. The burden of being high-bounty outlaws and the knowledge they are sought by a great evil, forces her group to abandon everything and flee into the wilderness. Here they discover the true identity of one of Leena's old allies. With an invincible army between her and her goal, and every hand turned against her, can Leena reach the Great Wizard before it's too late?

Great follow up to Volume 1

I'm really loving this adventure Leena is on. There were some pretty cool events that took place in this volume; some I wish I could visit in real life, others I'm glad I can't. (Stonehaven sounds awesome. . in it's prime of course). I look forward to starting volume 3 very soon.

    Engaging story

A good story, interesting characters, and a series that I will continue to follow. The eBook version needed another pass of the editing tool to catch typos, punctuation errors, and wrong words. Perhaps SmashWords, the publisher of the electronic format, needs to hire an experienced editor or at least someone who understands English.

This is a great book for older teens & adults just getting into fantasty. The plot is well paced & the characters flushed out.

Spoiler: the story & the characters aren't complex. There are no suprises & it becomes to predictable. It an ejoyable read just don't expect too much.

    good book

Another good read worth more than what I paid for it. Original last quarter of the book to say the least and thats all I'll say so I don't spoil anything. Really like these.

    Really absorbing, great series

These are really fantastic books! Well worth reading and buying. If you read the free first one and liked it, you will not be disappointed in the rest. They are some of the best fantasy genre I've read in years. The only negative to this series is the weak copyediting. At times it can be very distracting, and sometimes makes the scene cinfusing. But the writing, the story, and the characters are good enough to make it well worth-while to struggle through the copyediting priblems. Definitely don't pass up these books.
