Overview

Ordered by her boss to sit on a conference panel and discuss the role of women in video games – Trish plans on doing just that: sitting there and saying nothing. A good plan. Really. Up to the point when Ethan waltzes in. Trim. Proper. Professional.

He nods to Trish and the other three panelists, but Trish swears his gaze fixates on her. She forgets the crowd. Forgets the snide comments from the young, male grads sneering at her. Forgets her plan to stay silent and instead tells the room exactly how she feels about women in games…

This edition includes bonus story, “Softball Baby.”

Meet the Author

Christen Anne Kelley is a full time fiction writer. In addition to her romance and fantasy stories, she has published outdoor and dog articles, both for adults and children, in magazines such as Women in the Outdoors, Jakes Magazine, Field Trial Magazine, and Montana Outdoors. She also has over a dozen articles published in Inside Kung Fu magazine and won their 'Writer of the Year' award for 2009.

Christen has played her share of video games, from shooters to her favorite role playing games, and even married a game designer. But even with her influence, she’s yet to find a game that appeals to her love of romance, characters, and story.
Let this be the start of a video game revolution where games are made for women too.
