Morganna is not your typical woman. She has the ability to heal injuries. She thought she was the only one with "special powers" but when she arrives in Puesta del Sol, she discovers there's a secret group of people in the community known as Magicks. At the Cliffside Inn her cousin Maeve owns, Morganna learns more about her ancestors and the mysterious necklace her cousin gave her. A war will soon begin when someone from the past returns to town searching for something Morganna has.
Morganna is the type of character you just love. As the story unfolds, we witness her personal growth. Like every good paranormal book, there's always a bit of romance going on. The first person Morganna meets in Puesta del Sol is Callupo. From their first "accidental" meeting, it's very obvious he doesn't like her. Later on, they realize they're attracted to each other and Morganna learns he has a special "larger than life" power of his own that I didn't expect.
To the Cliffside takes you on a thrilling and magical journey. It's an exciting tale filled with magic, mystery and love. You are easily hooked from the first few pages and if you're like me, you'll never want it to end. There's still a lot we don't know yet and the book leaves you begging for more. I can't wait to read the next book in the series.
To the Cliffside is a must-read!

This book is the perfect rainy afternoon read. Its an exciting journey to this beautiful bed and breakfast - the Cliffside Inn - where the main character Morganna Cork goes to work. The town is filled with magic and intrigue. She meets Callupo Stone who is a SIZZLING, sexy man that is your quintessential alpha male. Looking forward to book 2!

Thoroughly enjoyed the development of the characters. Definitely would recommend it. Anxiously awaiting the second book in the series. Literary prose was excellent. The descriptions made me feel like I was a guest at the Inn myself. The 'sparks' definitely flew between the two characters.
