This book is going to help me, and you also, with starting pointe. Since i recently got the ok to go on pointe in the summer. This book give you a BREIF history of pointe which is nice but also goes through when its ok to go onto pointe to how to sew on your elastics. From what kind of shoes there are to the best way to protect your feet. I wiuld recommend this book to any ballet student who are going to start pointe soon or have just started recently. More advanced pointe students wouldnt want to purchase this, unless you wiuld like to read a few pages about changea you can make for your shoes. Highly recommended!
