About the Author

Sandy has written for the "Smurfs," the "Care Bears" and lots of other TV shows. Mr. Fries got his M.S. degree in journalism from Columbia University. While at Columbia University, Sandy was awarded with an NBC Fellowship. Sandy went on to write for one of television's most highly-regarded science fiction shows, "Star Trek: The Next Generation." Sandy lives with his wife and Toby the Doggie, a friendly, pizza loving Bijon Frise dog.
