The only variable in this simulator is the qualtiy of your decisions. In one week, you can make a substantial profit, or you can run your plant into the ground. If you get stuck, this user guide will help you apply the lessons of THE GOAL

This simulator contains three simulated business environments. The enclosed software and user guide are all you need to get started playing the games, however, in order to achieve the best results, It is recommended to use this simulator along with the book The Goal by Eligahu M. Goldratt.
