Meet the Author

I live in Scotland where I appreciate the beauty of my rural surroundings. Landscape and how it influences people is a large part of my work. I have been involved in many different areas of the performing arts. On a regular basis I travel to 'the big city' and perform in Poems and Pints nights. I write and self-publish poetry. I also do this for other writers.

In the past I was with Borderline Theatre where I took part in, and wrote plays for their Community Outreach project.

Science Fiction, Fantasy and Horror are my favourite genres and I write stories and books in this area some of which I will feature on Smash Words

Writing is a hobby and a passion and has allowed me to meet and perform alongside a lot of people I would never have encountered otherwise. I am part of a community and that has been the most valuable part of the writing experience for me.

    Good characters and atmosphere

    As with all books, you either like or dislike it. I personally enjoyed the read. Good characters and atmosphere. As to the first reviewer, never take such advice "Skip it". You offer any book a fair chance and make your own mind up. It may be to your taste, it may not be. But at least you read it yourself.

    Weird or Wierd just check it out!

    The previous reviewer was puzzled by this book. It is about a gestalt personality - where a group of kids combine to become one personality. They are hunted down like all outsiders and this book is just the beginning of what they will become. This is at times an amusing story and can be quite violent and strange. A disturbing book in some ways, and perhaps not suitable for younger readers.
