I really do LOVE the Tokyo Mew Mew Series, but the way Tokyo Mew Mew ended made it a little short for me. I mean I wish she would make more books. I mean it just ended with the second book of Tokyo Mew Mew a la mode. It's one of those books you could just go on and on with. So why doesn't she??? I love to draw manga and one day I'm going to write a comic! I swear! So remember to look out for the my name and the name of my comic. It will be: Moons and Swords.

I think the book rox berry's ok, though the charm is lost. T&M guy i'm disappointed with you because did you even read this, it ROCKS. I'm kinda mad at T&M guy too, you are probably not even a manga fan. P.S. YOUR THE ONLY SCUM HERE NOT US. OMG for that just expressing myself with words, don't hate me but feel bad for yourself.

I loved reading this, believe me, but it was a bit dissapointing. Most of the book was 'Love, love, love!!' And at the end the St. Rose Crusaiders just gave up. It was really annoying. But otherwise it was very nice.

I love the tokyo mew mew series! And I absoultely love the characters, there just so cute. The only problem with the series is that it's just too short, Mia Ikumi needs to come out with more volumes in the series!

looking back through the tokyo mew mew books, i realized that a la mode was not as good as i had thought. the real problem with this story is that it was just too short, and had an extremely bland plotline. i blame, in part, the addition of a new group of villains. this was a bad move they were NOT developed well at all and came off looking incredibly unthreatening and rather silly with their theater-troupe theme. what made the original so appealing was that the villains had feelings and love interests just like the good guys. this book should have stuck with aliens. the 'all girl school' was not handled well at all. Berry might as well not have even gone to a school at all - her friends only appear in a couple of scenes, and none of the girls there seem to have personality. She was also pathetically underdeveloped as a character. she comes off as a hyperactive, cheery, generic blonde. more insight to her feelings and relationships with the rest of the mew mews would have been ideal. Sadly, Ichigo and the other Mews suffer from the addition of Berry. the original mew mews could've been excluded entirely and it still wouldn't have made much difference. what I feel would have been better would be that Berry was treated more like 'the sixth member' than 'the new leader.' I'm afraid that the sci-fi touches we all loved in TMM 1-7 are almost absent, leaving us with some stupid magical fluff. I could go on, and on, but i think you get the general idea of what i'm trying to say. any true TMM fan should pick this up and give it a read, BUT bear in mind that the story tries to ride on the popularity of the original, is sadly undeveloped and shallow, and will probably disappoint you. Berry and Tasuku was cute, but romances are always sweeter when they've taken a long time to blossom.

very short story. lacks something, as all said. I'm rating this something very low. this is a horrible manga. Reiko Yoshida is the smart one, i guess. and just to let you know, MIA IKUMI did all this with KODANSHA, REIKO YOSHIDA was NOT involved. God, READ THE FRONT COVER.

Tokyo Mew Mew 1-7 were much better than Tokyo Mew Mew a la mode. A la mode lacks something that the original had. I dunno, I was just disappointed.
