This is not six separate Nookbooks, but one nookbook with the content of all 6 novels. This would not be so bad but the software on the nook and nook color will only see the six books in the table of contents, none of the individual chapters. However, the software on the android phone sees all chapters.
That being said, this is a fantastic series, each of these six are winners and must reads, four of them have been made into movies. Just don't get the series this way, you are better off getting the six separate books.

but it is 5 cents cheaper to buy them individually ($43.94 vs 43.99). I'd expect a discount for buying all 6 at once, not 5 cents more expensive.

I had all of the Jack Ryan series in hardback first editions (but one) and loved the work. These are OK, if you like Clancey and can tolerate poor editing. The ebook set's transposition errors, mispellings, misplaced punctuation, non or misuse of hyphens detract from an otherwise exciting series. Unless you want to save space in your suitcase or are downsizing your home, keep the original soft or hard covers. Maybe the individual books in electronic form don't have the same issues and are worth the additional cost, but read their reviews before buying.

Great bargain; very few typographical errors; just grad I can re-read these books now, on my Nook and carry them all with me when I travel.

Clancy's Jack Ryan books have always been my favorites. The only complaints I can have are numerous spelling typos that show up and the sequencing of the books. Patriot Games should be the first book followed by Hunt for Red October, if you want to go chronologically.

B&N Nook should give better thought to the reader being able to know how many pages until the end of the book. Not just to the end of the chapter. i.e. Seperate the different books, not just say page 1 to page 3350.

I think I paid 60$ for these eBooks; It was a great bargain for those items from one of my favorite authors!
I've read all these and still have them in paperback, but it was worth having on my Nook as well.
