Overview

"Tom Cruise: Screwed by Scientology?" is an explosive and completely unauthorized new work from international bestselling author and former E! Entertainment Television host Michael Essany.

In compelling detail, this first-of-its-kind work explores how Scientology has impacted the life of one of Hollywood's biggest and most controversial movie stars. From Cruise's introduction to Scientology in the 1980s to the inside details surrounding his June 2012 split from Katie Holmes, this provocative eBook unapologetically probes what Scientology has done "for" Tom Cruise and, more importantly, what Scientology has allegedly done "to" Tom Cruise.

Featuring interviews and wide-ranging insights from reporters, past Scientologists, and other inside observers, "Tom Cruise: Screwed by Scientology?" explores:

• How Scientology may have manipulated Tom Cruise for its own promotional benefit
• The alleged role Scientology played in the break-up of Tom Cruise's marriages to Nicole Kidman and Katie Holmes
• The controversies and craziness surrounding Tom Cruise's life and career because of Scientology
• Why Tom Cruise may eventually break from Scientology - voluntarily or involuntarily.
• How Tom Cruise may ultimately be rendered Scientology's greatest victim

    Good but Short

The author has given a fair and well written account of the complex nature of Tom Cruises divorces and Tom's ongoing relationships with his former spouses. He also provides a good understanding of the inner workings of the Church of Scientology. The book can be read in about30 minutes and could be a magazine article.
