Superb poetry, deep and brooding, full of life and love! Is this writer a prophet? I can't figure some of the writings out but it's unlike any poetry I've ever read before. I love it!

I loved it! Finally, real poetry thats deep, mysterious and fresh! Caution: for adults only.

Less new age or neo-modern than classical and free style, thank God! The author reminds me of Walt Whitman with a strong mix of E.A. Poe. Loved the division of books; misery wasn't for me. 'Passion' was my favorite! Not a quick read, these works can be very overwhelming. All in all this is the freshest and most readable poetry I've read in years.

I can't compare him to any greats but he's definitely got some strong passion on his side. My wife and I read together and we're not even halfway though this one; it keeps sparking fires of conversation between us. A must have for poetry lovers!!!! p.s. i agree, not for kids, kind of explicit.

One of the rare finds where it is better than expected. This Author really does capture pure poetry and mixes in philosophy, psychology and explores every human emotion. Take your time with this one, it's very powerful. There is No Biography?.. Nothing about the writer?..strange.

I have never felt this way by reading a book but this one has me completely overcome and in love! I keep going back to the same section and trying to memorize certain poems...I can't get this book out of my mind!!!!

I have never been able to read poetry as it always left me in the dark amd wondering, "what is that suppose to mean?" Not this book. I experience so many different emotions while reading that I actually can't put it down as I can't wait to experience my next feeling. I believe that so much of what the author writes about, each one of us can relate to in our present and past life. Thank you Tristan Robert Kelly, if that's really your name. But who cares, I don't.

This is perfect for all readers, young (not to young) and old! I am a writer and enjoy reading others works, normally looking for inspiration...I had no idea what I was getting into with this book. There is more passion and shared emotion in these pages than I've experienced in other current works. This author deserves to be compared to a few of the great's. My advise to other readers: read it slowly, don't rush through it.

Perfect for small book clubs. This book has it all, from vibrant writings to dark, from love to misery...a roller coaster of poetry unlike most recent wannabe poets. Buy it and jump on because it's a WILD ride! P.S. for any women who are looking for love or lust - this guy has it to share!!! (you'll see)

I am a recovering alcoholic and could really side with this author; don't take this the wrong way but this book was perfect for me. However, that doesn't mean the book is just for alcoholics. Its not like a lot of today's poetry, seems to be more refined and edgy. I applaud this writer for putting his life on paper and sharing what is obvioulsy deep and painful, I am glad he did because I needed something like this.

WOW - omg, this author is amazing! He made my cheeks burn when I read some of his poems. I am so in love! Yes, dft not for kidz. Recommend this for people who suffer w/addictions or depression - I can't explain the way it felt to read someone elses pain like my own.

Borrowed this book from a fiend and had to buy it...I soooo want to meet this author!! I can't get some of his poems out of my head, it's just amazing!

Somebody tell me where this author has been...somebody tell me who he is...I have never read works like so from today's writers. He's soulful, maddeningly alive with passion and love, spirals wildy out into confessions and pain...I am just truly blown away! My wife is reading it now and it's paying dividends in the bedroom!! Thank you Tristan!!

The best comparison is with Walt Whitman. The author is new just as W.W. was with his debut book and while styles are not the same, content, powerful lines and emotions all align much as W.W. I also get the Edgar A. Poe feeling that others mention but it's not my favorite and neither is the misery section. Overall, this is definitely a ground breaking book and the poetry world is soon to feel a huge shake like an earthquake from this book! Caution to the buyers - this book is not for children.

I've read all of the reviews and I can't really add anything more. But I have two questions: Who is this writer? And what doesn't this book have? (Because it covers every part of my life) This is an amazing book. I want to know more about this author...why no biography?

Yes he is Walt Whitman! Yes he is Edgar Allan Poe!! Yes he is poet incarnate!! This Author takes everything and turns it into life, every poem breaths and sighs for its own section. I love the layout, I love the passion, I love the topics, I love it!!

Over 220 pages, worth every penny! Poem after poem, each amazing and filled with crazy/wonderful/heart bursting feeling! I have never really been able to relate to most poetry or writers but this author pulls you in and surrounds you with acceptance and sharing. I just cannot explain what a book like this means to me.

I have never read any poetry quite like this, it's stunningly beautiful in one moment and heart wrenching in another - T.R.Kelly deserves the comparison's to Poe and Whitman but he is also very unique and unlike any modern poet. This is a book to keep for a life time!

I loved this book from the start. It's noted as classical and neo-modern but I didn't even notice the form because the topics and content are so fluid and follow perfectly in sections. I really enjoyed this authors style and openness, the writings move from subtle to a little risque at times and then full-on-in-your-face hot and erotic...wasn't expecting it but did enjoy it! It is a refreshing book for poetry lovers and I know I'll be rereading this one for years.

Wow! All I can say about this book and writer is, WOW!! There is beautiful writings, classic style, a modern feel but with so much passioooonnnnn!! The writer has both genius and madness in him! How can someone write like this? I don't know but I want more!!

I know this author is male, unquestionably, but I have never read poetry like this before. It is as though he wrote this specifically for the womans heart! Most of it anyway, there are some extremely masculine and powerful poems but I enjoyed them just the same. If all men could grasp what this author has lived and relates we would be better off in our relationships and in our trials. Also, I've been trying to find out more about this author and am coming up empty. There's no biography and the author just seems to be non-existent which adds mistery and intrigue but I want more of this and him.....
