All Music Guide - Ron Wynn
Tony Terry and producer Ted Currier milked one more hit out of their urban contemporary formula here. Terry's take on "Everlasting Love" briefly made some noise, and his vocals were competent on the filler tracks.

    The best wedding song

Tony Terry's "When I'm With You" is sung so sweetly and energetically. Tony Terry has created an everlasting ballad of endearment that should not be overlooked as a selection for any wedding, that is a sincere joining of a couple committed to sharing time and space together. Hopefully, this song will be re-released for the new generation of R&B fans.
