My daughter, and myself, really enjoyed this story so much. My daughter learned so much from it too, like how seeds grow into pumpkins and that was very entertaining for her. The book kind lets you go into and and makes you feel like you are experiencing it yourself. Very well done! :o) Jennifer
My daughter just loves this book and the artwork is done so well it makes it even so much more entertaining! Highly recommended!
This was a hit with all three of my children; ages 9,4 and 2. The illustrations are soft and detailed making any "busy" listener able to sit still. Even if you don't "do" Halloween, it is a great book to read to your kids because the focus is on people and giving, not on the holiday. It really only mentions Halloween briefly. A great fall treat of a book.
