They have four daughters and eight grandchildren.
Tom Cody hasbeen a grade school and high school math teacher since 1974. He has been instrumental in developing innovative curriculum programs at Cretin-Derham Hall High School where he has also coached several athletic teams and taught TLC: Thinking Learning and Communicating since 2000. A graduate of Colorado State University, Tom and his wife, Judy, a fifth grade teacher, reside in St. Paul, Minnesota. They have three sons.
Willow Sweeney has been a high school social studies teacher and coach. She has taught TLC: Thinking Learning and Communicatingclasses as well as world cultures and social justice. Her work with Top 20 Training focuses on communication and relationship topics. Her exceptional ability to build rapport with students helps make Top 20 concepts immediately relevant to their lives. Willow and her husband, Brian, live in St. Cloud, Minnesota. They have two children.

    Every teacher NEEDS to read this book!!!!!

    The concepts presented in this book will help teachers in their classroom, families, and all personal relationships. Learning how to live life in a TOP 20 mode will make a difference to the reader and everyone with whom he/she works and lives.
