After going to the book store and scouring over several books, the Lalanne Total Juicing was by far the simplest and had a lot of extra information. I highly recommend it if you are just getting started with a new juicer.

I had a juicer for a while and was running out of different juicing ideas. I got this book as a present and it's great - not only does it give you tons of recipes (and not just for juices) but it tells you what that recipe provides a good source of (vitamins and such) and what it's good for (constipation, cancer prevention, muscle fatigue, hair, skin, etc). As a recent breast cancer survivor, I find this information invaluable. I highly recommend it!Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
