    A MUST-HAVE!

The authors cover everything from diagnoses & non-surgical options, to preparing mentally & physically for the surgery, a week by week scenario of what to expect post-op, and tons of exercises to help you get the most out of your new knee(s). I am two weeks post-op on my first knee replacement, and if it were not for the 'road map' provided in this book I would be very discouraged by this point. If you are even THINKING about total knee replacement you need this book!

    Heading for Knee Replacement

I am scheduled for total knee replacement on both knees on June 30th. I bought this book about 2 weeks ago and it is packed with information. From what I should be doing now before the surgery to what I can expect days after the surgery and weeks after the surgery. It takes you step by step and this book will be at my side all the way.
