The book was well written. It offered some strong information. I was highly disappointed with the 'cases' that were included. I expected cases studies with details. All that was included was a one or two page summary. Unfortunately, I ended up wasting time because I was mainly interested in the cases. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
