I have just started working with this. The book is divided into weekly activities with a calendar to help you keep track of birthdays and individual household items. Great tips on activities with the family. There are tick boxes next to the daily and weekly tasks to help you keep track. I am already seeing changes in my household and feel much more in control. I would recommend it to anyone who would like to see a little more structure in their lives.
i will have to buy another one in a year's time so that I can continue all the good work! Or maybe it will have become such a way of life I won't have to.

My sister picked this book up and was telling our mom and me about it. We were following her lead, then ran out and bought our own. I ended up buying 3 more for next year because I dont want to miss out for next year. You can journal everyday, short and sweet notes. Stephanie O'Dea helped make our lives run more like a well oiled machine!! When you are organized and the house is clean, EVERYONE is HAPPIER! Anyone can drop by anytime and your not embarrassed about a cluttered house. 7 daily steps and happiness her you come!
