    Excellent weekend read!!!

Tina Folsom has has become one of my favorite writters recently. After just finishing her Scanguard Vampires series I purchased A Touch of Greek hoping for another excellent read. She didn't disappoint me. This is another page turning storyline containing characters you just want to keep reading about. Can't wait for the next one in this series. :)

    Loved it!

It had tons of romance, I liked the greeks gods in there, and it is set in modern time. I am really liking Tina Flosom's books, I have read the two Venice Vampyre novellas and they we great a little short. I think that is why I liked this one so much b/c it was longer.

    great read!!

Touch of Greek was well written. I didn't want to put it down. The story was set up well with "real" people in real life situations. My test for a romance is could I be in the heroine's place. This book passed wonderfully. It's a great read.

    Enjoyable read! by needleworker23

Combining the facts of mythology with the fiction of enduring romance yields a story full of plot twists and turns that, in the end, is as compelling and rewarding as Triton's.. ageless love for Sophia.

    Hott Gods!

I couldn't put this book down! Tina Folsom kept me totally engaged by incorporating some of my favorite elements to a story; Greek Mythology, Hott Gods, Humor, Gods that are Hott, Suspense, and Steamy Romance with Hott Gods! I'm definately looking forward to reading the next in the Out of Olympus Series!

This book kept me on the edge of my seat. It leaves you wanting to know what happens next. Wonderful read anytime day or night. I can not wait for the next book in the "A Greek God Romance-Out of Olympus Series." I would love it if the author would complete the story about Triton and Sophia. Telling what happens after the end of this book.(I do not want to give the plot or details of the book away)

Triton, the son of Poseidon is a playboy. He is well known for his trysts with women. Even women that are with someone else fall for his charm and gorgeous looks. Triton is caught with Zeus's mistress and given two choices of punishment. He can choose from living on the mortal realm until he finds someone to love him for who he really is, or he can go to Hades for a few years. Little does Triton know how his choice will affect him for the rest of his life.

Sophia is trying to take control of her life after her aunt's death. She is starting up a B&B and has quite a few obstacles. After having an accident she has to rely on someone for help. Will Triton and Sophia fall in love while the Gods are plotting against them?

There is a slight whodunit aspect to this book. A few accidents seem to pop up during the renovation of the B&B. At first I wasn't sure if they were intentional, or accidental. A little bit later in the book it cleared that right up for me.

I love the Greek mythology aspect of this book. I haven't read very many books that include the actual lives of a God so I really enjoyed those parts. However, I did feel that some of the plot was slightly predictable. I only say this because I have read numerous romance novels, but it is pretty much the same basic plot that is in almost all of the other romance books. While that did take away a little bit of the impact for me, I felt this was a pretty solid book that romance readers will enjoy.

    Warning:
There is sexual content in this book.

    Good love story

I think you would enjoy this book for a lighthearted read in the fantasy world. Enjoyed the Greek God's and all their fighting. It was a cute story and really had a good message about finding inner beauty.

A Touch of Greek (Out of Olympus by Tina Folsom 3 STARS Cautio

A Touch of Greek (Out of Olympus by Tina Folsom
    3 STARS
Caution lot of sex, sex langage, swearing.
If you don't mind that the story is okay. I wanted a little more and less of the other stuff.
Triton had angered Zeus by bedding one of his lovers and was caught in bed with her. Trition was not listening to his Uncle rant on and on till Zeus asked him to choose which punishing he wanted the first idea or last.
Trition has no idea of what either consisted of but he could not let his Uncle know that his two friends each held a different number so he went for 1.
Trition had to go to America and get a woman to fall in love with him and not his looks. Till that happened he could not come back and lost his powers. So he was dumped naked and alone.
The other Gods could not help him. But a couple did help and some got in his way to stop him.
Sophia had met him in a bar but wanted no part of him. In fact with her friend called him a himbo. That night she had A accident that caused her to go blind for a while.
Trition heard and decided to pose as her home nurse to help her. As she could not see his looks she would fall for him without them.
Sophia was turning her home into bed and breakfast so she could pay the bills. Accidents kept happening around her. The contracter was trying to cut corners. Her cousin was mad that she got the house.
I was given this ebook to read in exchange of honest review from Netgalley.

A sexy, humorous tale about Greek Gods and a mortal women one lo

A sexy, humorous tale about Greek Gods and a mortal women one looses his heart to!

Greek God, Triton, is cast out of Olympus after seducing Zeus’ mistress. Tired of Triton’s vain and selfish ways, Zeus punishes him by sending Triton to America to find a woman that will fall in love with him, not for his flawless good looks but for his kindliness and selflessness. Should be easy for a God, right?

Triton’s plan is to seduce a beautiful mortal and show his kindness by buying her a few drinks and pleasing her in bed. However, when Triton arrives in Charleston, South Carolina, the town Zeus has left him in without his godly powers or mortal necessities, the first woman Triton picks up on wants nothing to do with him and actually refers to Triton as a himbo. Determined to prove that he is more than just a pretty face and can be relied upon, Triton masquerades as a home healthcare worker when he learns that Sophia, the mortal that shot him down, had an accident and is now virtually blind. The job ends up being more than Triton bargained for when the B&B Sophia is desperately trying to open suffers one set back after another. As Triton helps Sophia reach her dream he finds himself attracted to her strength and determination, and surprisingly yearns for her love. But Zeus has added a twist to Triton’s punishment, unbeknownst to him, and there are others determined to see both Triton and Sophia fail.

The Out of Olympus series follows four Gods; Triton, Dionysus, Eros, and Hermes. A Touch of Greek, the first book in the series, follows Triton. A sexy God who is the son of Poseidon, Triton takes his godly duties series but when it comes to anything else he is a bit frivolous, until he seduces the wrong woman and is forced to grow up. I enjoyed seeing Triton’s growth throughout the story, he started out only thinking of himself but as he spent more time with Sophia he began thinking more of her needs instead. Their relationship had an instant spark but grew gradually into tangible connection. Sweet, funny and downright sexy the story kept me engaged start to finish. Sophia had a lot of strength and I liked how she stuck to her guns throughout the book. Triton’s friends; Dionysus, Eros, and Hermes, where interesting characters that added dimension to the tale and I can’t wait to read more about them. Even though this was a good size novel I wish Triton and Sophia’s story could have went on for a little bit longer, I was still craving more from them by the end.
I love Greek Mythology to begin with but Tina Folsom has added some definite charm to the mythos with these sexy characters, and even if you are unfamiliar with Greek Mythology the author provides a smooth story that readers will find easy to follow along with and become captivated by.

Another great read by this author and one I always look forward to picking up a book from!
