60 pages. This is the first of 3 book series, you can get all three in one book. I don' t think I will be buying the rest of books. It was just ok. It should have not been broken up in to seperate books, it just left you hanging.

I enjoyed this book. I even bought the trilogy. It had a decent storyline. But I was not crazy about all the wrong words throughout all 3 books.

One star because the writing was good enough that i dont think an elementary student wrote it and i could follow the story. Second star for having an interesting plot. Third star for, almost, becoming memorable. Dialogue often seemed forced and unrealistic as were the character responses to some situations. [What sane woman willingly is handcuffed to a bed after that introduction??] It had some good things going for it, but a couple rough edges in terms of believability (which says something considering the beliefs suspended to read a shapeshifter book in first place) and i didnt feel the chemistry, which was disappointing. Those aspects will probably be why i will likely forget i read it a few months from now after i delete it. It would not be a keep & re-read for me. Sorry.
