Chapter One

Swirl circles of glory, creating your story.

Set your tempo, and stay at your pace.

You will win your very own race.

Keep turning the sprocket, blast like a rocket.

Keep on your game face, there is never a perfect race You may be misled, always use your head.

Be free of fear of success, and never digress.

Your experiences will break you, or give you the freedom to make you.

You may get slightly burned, it's up to you not to get over-turned.

Keep spinning 'round swirling circles and free will abound.

You may get shattered, don't let yourself get tattered.

Keep on the pressure, dig deeper, stay in the race, and be your own keeper.

You could drop from the main group, and crack. Come unhitched from the peloton, and drop off the back.

Obstacles will take their toll, it is best for you to let your tires roll.

Great Message for Young and Old

This is a children's book with an adult message. This book is for everyone, whether you are just learning to read, a parent or single (I am single and 54 yrs.). It is a quick read, but it is full of inspiration and lessons about setting goals, obstacles, challenges and the freedom that comes from doing your best. It is a great book to read to your kid if they have had a rough day. It is a reminder to stay focused on the important things in life. Bonus points for vocabulary words your kids they will probably not learn in grade school.

Highly Recommended - for cyclists of all ages!

What a cool book for the extreme sports enthusiast. Lessons unfold in a fun, rhyming format. A great book for kids, ages 8 to 14. But, also an amazing gift for the extreme sports person who would like a little extra inspiration, and motivation.
