Overview

What do cancer, cardiovascular disease, arthritis, Alzheimer’s disease, lupus, celiac sprue, depression, cystic fibrosis, and dozens of other conditions have in common? First, they all express genetic predispositions that can be traced within family genealogies. Second, they usually can be positively affected by nutritional measures—measures that are based on an understanding of who is at risk, what dietary and environmental factors are likely to trigger the conditions, and what nutrients can help to fortify the immune system against the onset of disease.

Trace Your Genes to Health offers hope to millions, first through its comprehensive approach to understanding medical genetics, and then through dietary and nutritional

protocols that can either prevent common conditions from occurring, or successfully manage them once they appear.

What People Are Saying

Abram Hoffer
At last, here it is. Dr. Reading adds an exciting new dimension to orthomolecular medicine. This is genetic counseling which surpasses any genetic counseling currently being offered at some medical schools. This first book on genetic sleuthing and treatment will be one of the classics of our time.

John Diamond
Dr. Reading, like Dr. Hoffer, is a medical genius. Completely original and innovative, a doctor of rare enthusiasm and compassion - all apparent in this most valuable work.

    Excellent research work! Highly recommended!

Not only the information written in this book made perfect sense, but also when applied to my family medical history, it revealed the condition that had been causing havoc in the last five generations!
It even suggested the way the condition is passing from one generation to the following, and flagged those who were most at risk.
A simple test, also indicated in the book, confirmed what the family tree had uncovered.
The solution was very easy, and because it targeted the cause of the medical issues, we have reversed chronic problems and regained full health long before developing the serious illnesses that killed other members of my family and/or made their life miserable. Up until then we had been merely treating symptoms while the underlying problem continued to grow.
Read this book and share it with your family, friends, doctors and patients if you want to cure or prevent illness and achieve full health.
