This cookbook is full of fun drinks and easy-to-make appetizers. My favorite part of the book though is the introduction which gives you the history of the Trader Vic's restaurant chain. I loved reading about the man who started Trader Vic's and how it became the success that it is today. If you love all things tiki, you will love this book.
