    Its ok

    its a good start, but you have to alter the recipes. After talking to my grandmother and my aunts, they make practically all the recipes different or they add something else or they omit something. Its a good starting guide, but unless you have someone who has made these recipes before, the food will not come out good.

    I LOVE IT.

    This is great economy version of the original tia clara's cookbook. It lists a lot of the traditional recipes of dominican republic. The recipes are very easy to follow and great for a begginer cook. :o)
