When you think of a classic, what really crosses your mind. Personally, I believe "classics" are usually out-of-date and contain little to no relatable content. There is no point in reading a story devoid of excitement, so why bother? However, in the classic story of "Romeo and Juliet", true love, dedication, and excitement are taken to a whole new level of entertainment. Shakespeare adds an original and captivating depth to characters who almost seem to take a life of their own. Within minutes, the reader is absorbed by the plot and profundity of the story, racing through the pages and joining the atmosphere emitted by this truly amazing tale.
The connection between the characters of Romeo Montague and Juliet Capulet is almost palpable. It tells the story of "love at first sight" and the dangers of rushing into a relationship. The romance and drama immediately soars as "a pair of star-crossed lovers" emerge from a masquerade ball at the house of Capulet. The enthrallment is only heightened further when the two lovers discover that they have fallen for none other than their own family enemy, forcing them to choose between love and family loyalty.
Entrancing, incredible, astonishing, and outright extravagant!! This tale will grasp your interest and hold it literally until the very end, "for never was a story of more woe, than this of Juliet and her Romeo."
