You don't got to be a red neck to love this book. But it sure makes you think about it!

Trailer Trash Cookin' is the greatest gift my kids have ever bought me! I laughed until my face and sides hurt! REALLY! I had read about Rick Black in a hunting mag and it said he was a card. I like so many others I'm hooked on Rick Black. Yea Buddy! Gotta have it!

First time I ever took time to write a review. Hadda do it!

What everyone is saying about this book is true. From the recipes using government issued butter and cheese, to the trailer trash recipes using hot dogs! The recipes are great, easy to cook, and the wording Black uses is just down right crazy! Trailer Trash Cookin' is the kind of book that when people ask you what better, the recipes or the jokes and funnies? You can't say! A Very, Very, FUNNY COOBOOK...
