However, although the text is clear and concise, there are no diagrams or step-by-step photographs to accompany the explanations of the specific skills. Clear, full-page color photographs show young adults performing an element of each technique described. Each title has five chapters; for example, Jumps includes chapters on "The Long Jump," "The Triple Jump," "The High Jump," "The Pole Vault," and "Training Tips."
