It was wonderful to read this newest tale by Ms. Wurts. I was intrigued by Davien, and could hardly wait to see how his interactions with Arithon would develop. The characters and their histories are so complex. It is amazing to see how Lysaer and Arithon continue to grow and change yet maintain some of their original identities. Arithon has our hearts' and support, but then Lysaer has his own appeal. This is a fascinating addition to the series with its twists and conspiracies, and again I am left hanging wondering what will happen to this world and its many players. I certainly am hoping for the next installment to be published. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.

The characters of this book, this series are very detailed, very real. The characters do not go out of character to solver problems, they are who they are, which is entertaining. Very highly recommended. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.

Along with Peril's Gate, this is one of Janny Wurts' best works. Now that Arithon has left some of his baggage behind in Kewar Tunnel, things flow really well and you'll constantly be on the edge of your seat. In previous works, the scenes with Lysaer sometimes made me count the pages until the next chapter with Arithon, but this time, even those scenes were awesome and interesting. As always the high level and depth that symbolizes Janny Wurts' writing is there and makes it so you can read the book over and over again, catching new stuff all the time. Traitor's Knot is definately one of my favorite books of all time! Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
