Thoroughly disappointed"!!!! I was expecting an exciting story of a tomboy who blossomed into a beautiful women!!!! Phillip had fallen for her beautiful cousin so Beth left to be with her Father. The story begins 6 yrs later, there were parts that were unnessary and boring, completely away from the storyline, but it does end with an HEA!

Bethany is a strong, independent heroine. I like how she and Philip "rubbed" along. But he was too slow to figure out he was in love with Bethany and act on it. I love Viscount Blackwood and would have liked to see more of him.
