    I finally understand anxiety!!

I have suffered for years and thought I was just different and unique, but anxiety ruled much of my life and now I understand why and how. This book allowed me to gain perspective and control over my reactions to life. I feel 'not so different' from those around me now and what a treasure to hear from someone who's been there.
