Overview

Dallas, Texas 2035

Though not the worst place to live, it has it's share of bad neighborhoods. Jason Le'Ard has grown up in one of the better parts of town, helping his parents run a small store as he got older.
One night a friend calls needing his help with a computer problem. When he arrives to help the friend out, his world is suddenly and violently turned upside down. His home is on the news, engulfed in flames. Reports place all occupants inside at the time of the destruction, Jason included, telling him there was money involved and the explosion probably wasn't the accident the news claims.

With the help of his friends, Jason eventually finds out who was behind the destruction of his home and why.

Thus begins the tale of the Transparent Tigers and their endeavors to exact revenge from those who killed his parents.

Meet the Author

Born in Houston, Texas, I spent my youth on the gulf coast, living in most of the southern states due to my parents' abuse of alcohol and gambling. After leaving home at 16, I entered the U.S. Army at 18, finding myself in Germany when I was only 19. I served proudly from 1987 to 1996 when I finally exited the Army on a medical discharge due to knee injuries. I then settled in a small town in Deep East Texas called Shelbyville, though it's difficult to find on a map. After a few years, I found driving a truck to be a pleasant experience and eventually wound up in Cedar Rapids, IA.
I currently live in the Cedar Rapids, IA area with my girlfriend, her son and our 19 month old.

    Great read

Though not as polished as your typical ebook, this is a great read. There seems to have been some problems with the conversion to ebook, causing odd pagebreaks & such. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who's into Cyberpunk.
