    A reviewer

This is an exceptional book on the relationship trauma plays on our bodies, mind and spirit. I read his first book The Body Bears The Burden which also was a fabulous book. He is a brilliant neurologist and his new book is groundbreaking. A must read for anyone who is interest in understanding the effect childhood and life trauma's play in our lives.
