    I Also Recommend:

Can I get my money back?

I have had a lifelong fascination with Bob Segar. However, one word describes this book: BORING. The book does not include any insight into who Bob Segar is. As soon as I opened the book, I was immediatly disappointed and sorry for how much I had spent on this book. It is page after boring page of black and white photos of Segar with less than enthralling comments by the author. Besides the photos, Segar is so far removed from this book as far as his opinions, motives, passions, heartbreaks, etc... Does Segar even know that this book was published? I think not. Please Bob, redeem yourself on our behalf, and give your fans what we really crave: A biography written by the words of Segar himself. We are longing to hold a book with your story from your perspective. Give us all the lurid details, the story's behind your brilliant songs, the lovers, the rock and roll! We will be waiting.

A million miles, not one 'autotune'.

I work in the music business. I have had the honor of knowing Bob, the writers, and his team. This story reveals why Bob is, and will forever be, a great star. Songs from the heart, played on the road, touching one fan at a time. Great for fans of Seger (and Rock in general). This is how durable legends are built.
