This CD contains music of Colonial America and showcases a style of the 19th century that spread south along the Appalachain mountain range and was taught in singing schools. Not only are the acoustics on this recording amazing but the voices on here are almost ethereal and surreal. These songs invoke deep emotions and stir the soul.
