Treading Water on Ripple Creek Farm is a wonderful, unique book

Treading Water on Ripple Creek Farm is a wonderful, unique book about life in the South during the 1930s and 40s. It's nostalgic and full of sweet, funny, and emotional moments. I loved every moment of reading it! Every reader will find something to enjoy, especially those that enjoy historical fiction or creative nonfiction.

    Highly Recommended for all ages!

Treading Water on Ripple Creek Farm tells a great story about living in the South during the Depression/World War II years. Its characters are relatable, its plot is interesting, and its descriptions take the reader to a previous era of family ties and community closeness. I would recommend this book for anyone who enjoys fiction from a historical perspective. It is a good discussion book, for example, for young people studying this period of time in history or for those who want to revisit this bygone era.
