    best book ever!!!!!!!! I LOVE IT

    I got this book within the first days it came out and I barely finished it but it is the best book i have ever read. it is really helpful and interesting. Its really interesting at the end of the book because she puts quotes by different authors but once you are done with this book you are going to become a better person.

    Amazing

    This book taught me alot of things that i didnt know.Its a very well written book,and it helped me realize that i needed to nurture and treasure myself,since i havent been taking care of myself latly.This book also talks about how to deal with youre feelings in completly different ways than youre used too.I thought that this book wwas going to talk more about what you eat but it wasnt really like that,she did talk about it but it wasnt the entire book like i thought it would be.This book helped me learn more about myself and i totally recommend it
