    Terrible book

    This book did almost nothing to prepare me for the TEA Exam. The math was completely off. I aced almost all the math in the book and nothing on the test I took this morning was even close. It was all much higher level algebra. The 3rd test prep section all the answers were off and some of the questions from section two had the answers in section three. Don't buy this book.

    I aced every available question in this book, but its contents is only about 20% accurate when compared to the actual exam. Trust me, spend your money elsewhere!

    Though I passed the test after using this book (had not taken the test before getting the book), the math demonstrated in this book is NOT anything like the math which you will find on the test. The math section of this book is mostly basic 9th/10th grade math and not totally challenging. The actual test questions are nearly ALL upper level algebra and has very few basic questions. I would not use this as a sole method of preparing of you are concerned with the math section. If you use it as a prep for the other two sections or as a combination of study methods, then go for it. If you are using it as a sole prep item... hope you are naturally good at math, because this book is not going to help much in that realm.
