Meet the Author

Author Robert L. Zion is a legend in the field of landscape design,best known for his inspired and original landscape designs for thesculpture garden at the Museum of Modern Art, the Bamboo Garden atthe IBM Corporate Headquarters, Bayfront Plaza in Corpus Christi,Paley Park in New York City, and countless award-winningresidential landscapes in Los Angeles, Palm Beach, Princeton, andother communities worldwide. In 1984, his firm, Zion & BreenAssociates, was chosen by the National Park Service to restore thelandscape of The Statue of Liberty. Mr. Zion was recently awardedthe Alumni Lifetime Achievement Award of the Harvard UniversityGraduate School of Design.
