Surprisingly entertaining and useful estate planning advice

When I was given this book over the holidays I thought the famous stories would be interesting, and started reading it right away. They were not only interesting, but also very entertaining. But I didn't expect the excellent tips and practical advice! I'm now motivated to rethink my assets, and how to leave a legacy for my loved ones. I had also thought previously that estate planning was necessary for the rich, but now it seems obvious that our home and assets need to pass on in a specific manner. I also was very surprised to learn what a problem a will can be if its not done correctly. I highly recommend this book, and also plan to give it to other family members.

    Enlightening, not confusing.

We recently attended a seminar to see if we needed to update our 15 year old trust and will. By the time it was over we were so confused that we just left our trust obsolete. This book is enlightening, rather than confusing. I appreciated the step-by-step progression of information from simple to complicated. Though simply written, it is NOT "estate-planning for Dummies," as shown by the examples of mistakes made by real-life smart people, some of them members of the law profession
