Meet the Author

Dave Meltzer is considered the pioneer of pro wrestling journalism. His Wrestling Observer is the most well read and authoritative weekly newsletter in the wrestling industry. His first book, Tributes, is considered one of the best wrestling books ever written. Meltzer also hosts a national weekly wrestling radio show on Sports Byline. He resides in San Jose, California.

Though Bret Hart is now retired from wrestling, he is recognized around the world as one of the all-time greats. In 2006 he was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. He lives in Calgary.
