As an instructor of both high school and college level trigonometry courses with tens years experience, I highly recommend this book. Trigonometry Made Simple is a pithy primer that helps students gain insight into key concepts by showing multiple examples using a step-by-step approach. This new addition has added clarity and additional examples to aid the student in his/her understanding. Trigonometry Made Simple should be on the desk of any trig/precalculus student and is a perfect resource when reviewing for term exams. This instructor, holding an M.S. in Mathematics: Statistics Option, gives this book and A!Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. I like that this book goes straight to the point explaining the most important concepts in trigonometry. I minored in mathematics so they are not new to me and I needed a quick review. I think it would be great for this purpose though I am having trouble reading it.
This book is formatted so that I am unable to read many of the equations and diagrams on my Nook. These are very tiny and must be images because when I change the *text size* to *extra extra large* only the print changes in size. The equations and diagrams remain tiny. Although I am near-sighted, I will have to use a magnifier to read it entirely.
