This is a great book and worthy of looking into. Don't take my word for it. Try it for yourself. I'd also recommend "The Hungry Chick Dieting Solution." It's a great complement to this book.

This is a book everyone should read. It is packed full of information. It has lots of recipes and I just started making them. I want to lend the book to some of my friends but I would feel lost without it. As I said I just started implementing the plan and so far it is fun. There are a whole bunch of thin healthy mamas out there that have shown this works. Looking forward to shedding some pounds.

no preaching, just teaching. amusing, fun learning. well-thought out way of life. the sisters share personal stories and events - they are not "celebrities" with an entourage of people to do their cooking and thinking. they are just everyday people, wanting to share what they've learned so others can feel better, be healthy, and live better lives. I like that they offer options to adapt to other ways of eating, e.g., gluten-free. thank you sisters ! Rebekah

Very informative! I really appreciate how much effort these gals put in to this book. They have been on the diet hamster wheel and can speak from experience! They point out all the pros and cons of all the fad diet, then put together an eating plan that blends the most effective parts of those diets so you can get the best of all worlds to lose weight without sacrificing your favorite foods. The chapters dealing with marital relations, female hormones, and male hormones were very eye-opening! Don't be intimidated by all the "special" products for the desserts and specialty breads. It is possible to follow the eating plan without buying all the special items. I highly recommend this book to all females - just avoid the marital relations chapter until you are actually at that point!

Very Good Advice. Good Recipes that are simple and quick. Enjoyable to read. Gives good substitutions for unhealthy food most people eat.

There is a learning curve to this lifestyle change, but it can be done and there is so much support for any questions you have. I ordered this book and it was at my door within the week. Don't let the size fool you, it is full of recipes!! Worth every penny!

Love this book & all its wisdom! I do wish it was in an easier to understand outline somewhere, but the concepts are solid. I bought this & took it straight to my local office supply store & had it spiral bound in two different sections for ease of searching for recipes verses information.

I have been looking for this book all my life and I prayed for an answer to my weight issues an this book appeared on my Facebook. These gals are great! at motivating you to learn how to eat healthy. It's not about dieting but getting back to how God intended us to eat. They also have a Facebook group, pinterest group and website to give you added support and motivation to change your eating and cooking habits and the best part is that the whole family from 0 - 100 can follow this. Go ahead and add it to your Christmas list. and good luck to you.

This book is full of knowledge, humor, but most of all, how to eat in a way that you are satisfied and you don't have cravings! Delicious, healthy meals along with decadent desserts and I was able to lose weight! I refer to it every day! The authors are delightful and I really love that it is Biblically based. It is definitely a must-have!

this is a life changing book...I have lost 27 pounds following this simple plan.  It might take you a month to figure it all out, but it is VERY worth the  $$ and time.
