Meet the Author

Karolyn Cairns is a single mother of 15yr-old twins. She lives in sunny Florida. She spends a lot of time sitting in the sun thinking about that next great book. When she's not making up stories, she spends a lot of time working in the garden. She's back to work writing after some time off. Its been a great year. She just wrapped up The Libertine's Wife, a historical romance. I would warn you right away that the hero in this book lives his life by a philosophy and set of rules most women would find disagreeable. We make NO apologies for Garret. He won't apologize, so why should we? A new historical romance titled A Viking's Love, is also available now. She is currently working on books three to 'The Wicked Series' and 'The Lost Tribe Series'. 'A Wicked Arrangement' is in the works, and 'Fangs'.Karolyn enjoys reviews and comments from readers. She thanks you for all your encouragement. Two titles will be coming soon to Smashwords, previously released on Amazon KDP select. A Witch's Tale and Love.com will be coming soon.

    what a lover

tristan has great loins that's for sure. any man that can make love that many times has to. i loved the story, and most of the characters but the diction kind of got to me after a time. the lack of pronouns got to me and i found myself using them insted of the way the author wrote. don't get me wrong the story was good and i do recommend to all who like a great time travel romance but selene spoke like she was the one who did the traveling. still a good read

    Enjoyable

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Cover to cover. It's not a completely original idea but the writer made it her own. A job well done and I look forward to reading more of her work : )

Enjoyable read, 458 pgs on my Nook

I must admit I found the storyline corny but by the time you're half way through the book it does pull you in so if you get the book, give it a chance. It will grow on you. A school teacher going through a divorce with a love for writing discovers a character in her book comes to life on her computer. Somehow he is teleported to her time, they fall in love but problems arise. I won't ruin the ending giving any more info. I got this book anxious to read something else from this author while awaiting her new release in May from her other series. Her other book was better in my opinion.

    Great read!

Rhiannon created her "perfect man" Tristan for her medieval novel while she was struggling with her own marriage and pending divorce from her cheating husband. Through some type of magic, Tristan became real and entered Rhiannon's world and they fell madly in love. Unfortunately, Tristan's time within her world had to come to an end when he had to go back and finish the story Rhiannon had started. Rhiannon promises Tristan she will honor his wish to write about their story. Worlds come together and love conquers all. I just wish we had one more chapter at the end. You will know why once you read this original story. :-)

    Endearing read

I read this in two days. It held my interest all the way through. My only wish is that there would have been an epilogue. Sweet love scenes and not grossly graphic.

    Needs work.

It's called grammar. It's called proofreading. Try it. You'll be a much better writer.

    Pretty good.

I enjoyed this book but it did seem to drag a bit towards the end. The grammar and spelling errors are distracting though.
