Overview

In quaint Finn’s Harbor, Maine, cousins and best friends Clara and Stephanie Quinn run The Raven’s Nest bookstore. But thanks to Clara’s ability to read minds and see the future, selling books sometimes gets shelved in favor of saving lives…

When the new mayor calls a press conference about the controversial hotel resort being built on the edge of the city, the residents of Finn’s Harbor have an opportunity to express their concerns about traffic and tourists. Clara and Stephanie hear about a accidental fall at a construction site for a upcoming resort. Others are happy with it and others aren't. Then Clara finds that it wasn't an accident. The cousins find this might be their toughest case yet. So far, I think this one's my favrite in the series. And I think I found a new favorite author as well. I had a big smile on my face, reading this, seeing the characters again. And of course a moment happens with Clara and... Anyway, this is the third book in the series and I loved it. The last two I gave 4 stars. But with this, I found myself reading this than the other books I had in my reading pile. Also who wants to give that loveable dog, Tatters a hug? So basically, really good sequel.

In Kingsley’s mystery novel, a new hotel resort is under construction in Finn’s Harbor, Maine. Unfortunately, no one in the community is happy about it. Cousins and best friends Clara and Stephanie Quinn attend the meeting when Clara gets a premonition that suggests danger. The following morning a customer enters the Raven’s Nest talking about a fatal fall that occurred on the construction site, and Clara now realizes that the Quinn Sense is in full operation. In a town filled with people who want the project to fail, Clara and Stephanie set out with the Quinn Sense as their guide as they team to find a killer before he can strike again. A delightful winning addition to the cozy paranormal mystery series, A Raven’s Nest Bookstore Mystery.

Trouble Vision is the 3rd book in the A Raven's Nest Bookstore Mystery series. An enjoyable series set in Finn's Harbor, Maine centering around a bookstore owned by Stephanie Quinn, with her cousin Clara Quinn who has a bit of an ability to read minds and tell the future. At times, much to her displeasure. Finn's Harbor is starting construction on a new resort. A lot of the local residents are firmly against it and at a progress meeting, vocally expressed their displeasure. At this meeting Clara has a vision of something terrible happening and the next day the construction foreman falls from the top scaffolding and dies. It's ruled an accident and without disclosing her special talents, Clara and Stephanie have to start sleuthing on their own. Then a bank robbery and another vision. This series has some very likeable characters and most everyone is back from the first two books. For the most part Clara and Steph are pretty cautious in there their sleuthing, all though Clara did push it this time. But once again the dog is the hero. Looking forward to the next book
