forget waiting 2hrs for mediocre tech support

that's right. after reading most of this book and calling tech support a few times, i believe there is nothing that tech personnel know that this book doesn't tell you. it's true, he doesn't cover EVERY possible problem but it's definitely enough to be on par with other tech support agencies.
