Eric Kleinert is a professional with more than 40 years of experience in commercial and domestic major appliances, refrigeration, and HVAC sales, service, and installation. He has owned and operated a number of major appliance and air conditioning sales and service corporations. As an instructor for a preeminent technical college, he taught aspects of preventive and diagnostic services and techniques, enhancing students' ability to better evaluate products and services necessary to maintain residential climate-control systems and major appliances. He is the author of Troubleshooting and Repairing Major Appliances (McGraw-Hill, 2012), now in its 3rd edition, and a contributing author of Handbook of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Technologies (CRC, 2014).
